How to Order
Unless noted otherwise, all items are made to order. If you want to place an order or obtain a quote, please call us at (770)-867-5020 or e-mail us at sales@classicimpressionsplaster.com.
Please include the item number, quantity, and shipping location [address, city, state, and postal code]. The freight amount can be determined after you contact us. When ordering cornice, panel moulding or chair rail, measure the perimeter of the room and add 7% for waste in mitering. Also consider any waste in the pattern match.
We will provide a delivered price quotation and lead time, via fax, phone, e-mail, or US mail. Please specify your preference.
Terms and Conditions
Sales tax is not included and will be added when appropriate. Prices are subject to change without notice. Items may be discontinued without notice. Minimum order quantities may apply. All prices assume plaster moulds are for interior applications. Most products can be produced using exterior-grade materials for 25% additional cost.
Orders less than $1000.00 - submit payment in full with order.
Orders greater than $1000.00 - 50% deposit required with order. Balance due prior to shipping.
Credit terms available for qualified customers.
Minimum Orders
Lineal Mouldings (cornice, friezes, chair rail, and panel mouldings) - Item prices indicate cost per lineal foot. The lineal footage you require will be filled to the nearest length (nearest whole piece), with an adequate percentage of material allowed for waste. Minimum order of 40 lineal feet.
If the purchase is determined to be for the intent of unauthorized duplication, Classic Impressions reserves the right to not process the order. All rights reserved.
Shipping and Return Policy
Items within certain size and weight criteria will be sent, via UPS or FedEx. All other items will be sent, via common freight carrier. Insurance is recommended, but not mandatory.
Catalog and custom items are made to order and are not returnable. We will do our best to confirm each order, prior to processing. Please be sure you have checked the size and dimensions before submitting your order.
Classic Impressions Plaster Designs, Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Claims for damage will be filed by Classic Impressions against carrier. Make a complete examination of shipment before and after unpacking items. With common carrier deliveries, mark bill of lading “contents not inspected” before signing.
If shipping container is damaged, call Classic Impressions immediately and have carrier note the damage on the delivery ticket.
If damage is noted, do not unpack units completely until inspected by the carrier. Please do not dispose of any damaged units or packing material. Any damaged or missing items must be noted on carrier’s delivery ticket.
Errors in descriptions, photography, or typographical errors are subject to correction.
